Our "Osteria della Chiocciola"
In the romantic atmosphere of our “Osteria della Chiocciola” you can enjoy a traditional local menu, cooked with fresh products from our own garden, homemade fresh pasta, refined with our organic olive oil.
After breakfast, you can sign up daily for the fine three or four course menu. Our dishes are accompanied by our own wines. Our white wine “Ferdinand”, the Spumante metodo Classico or the Dama in Rösa are perfect for an aperitif. For dinner, our famous barrique wine “Reservà da la Mastrala” or the traditional “Groppello DOC del Garda Classico” are ideal. To finish, we are happy to serve you our single-varietal Aquavite, distilled over a wood fire, or a fruity, homemade Limoncello.

Our restaurant is located in the frescoed vaulted rooms on the ground floor, which lead out over the portico into the green Lombard-style courtyard. In a warm atmosphere you can enjoy the local cuisine, cooked in an innovative way with fresh products from our garden and our fine aromatic herbs. Our dishes are rounded off with the best extra virgin olive oil pressed from our local olives.
External guests
We are also happy to cater for external guests in our Osteria La Chiocciola by appointment. We are pleased to offer you a fresh and local four-course dinner menu. We attach great importance to impeccable quality – even organic quality if available. For these reasons, we do not have a menu.
The dinner time is 19:00 hrs.
Caffè Novecento
Right next to the reception to the boutique agriturismo l’Unicorno is the Caffè Novecento. Thanks to its distinctive “Liberty” atmosphere, guests can relive the extravagant era of the early 20th century. Here you can sip a glass of house wine or enjoy our strong and fragrant espresso from the antique “Elektra”, they truly reflect true Italian tradition. Why not treat yourself to a small glass of one of our house brandies which are distilled from the Groppello grape?

After a restful night in our box-spring beds as well as the natural linens, a rich breakfast awaits you after the rooster’s morning greeting. From spring to autumn, our guests enjoy breakfast outside under the portico. With fresh organic fruits, homemade cakes and quiches, our own meat products to organic thé and fine coffee, you strengthen yourself with healthy products from nature. The curious swallows will tell you the latest stories of the day.

The wine cellar
The cool 16th century cellar with its vaulted ceiling and stone walls still exudes the scents of fermenting must. This is where our Spumante is “turned” every day for two years according to the Metodo Classico. Here or under the portico you can taste our wines made with love and dedication. Our wines are made, among others, from the grapes of the Groppello vine, the most important grape variety in the Valtenesi area for Garda Classico. The grape owes its name to its narrow and compact shape, which resembles a “groppo”, which means “knot” in the Brescian dialect. With us you will also find the right wine from our own vineyard to accompany every fine dish.
